By purchasing from Genting, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Return Policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any used, opened, or tested products, including medicated items such as treatment creams and soaps. Only unused and sealed products can be returned within 15 days of purchase.
Damage claims will only be accepted with a proper unboxing video recorded at the time of receiving the parcel.
If a wrong product is delivered, an exchange will be provided.
2. Orders & Payments:
All orders are confirmed based on product availability. The company reserves full rights to accept or reject any order.
Prices may increase or decrease anytime depending on market conditions.
Payment terms follow the company’s internal policy.
3. Product Usage (Cosmetic & Medicated):
Use all products—cosmetic or medicated—strictly according to the directions mentioned on the packaging or given by the brand.
Incorrect usage, overuse, or mixing products in ways not recommended may cause reactions, and the company will not be responsible for any damage resulting from misuse.
For medicated products, customers with sensitive skin should perform a patch test before full application.
